Nice little, family-friendly property. Superfriendly and very-very nice staff, marvellous location next to the taxi, Ollantaytambo due to the protest and road closures which affected all of Peru and the market and entrance to the Inca ruins. Also, down to the train station.

Overall it was comfy and cosy with a view. The personnel was amiable and excellent, doing their best to assist. The location was amazing and fantastic - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Btw, the airport was 1 km away.
It had hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel in Ollantaytambo. the location was perfect, right in front of the Incan ruins and in a quiet little street. It felt like a hidden gem. Secondly, the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort, even allowing us to use another room's shower when there was a problem with hot water, which they assured us is common in the area. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, with freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious homemade food. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful region.
All aspects of the stay were great.
